Use of Funds

Capital raise will support strategic growth initiatives across The Fort Wine Co.’s estate and operations, including:

  • Estate Restaurant Development: Construction of the Fort Wine Pavilion, featuring The Velvet Cellar—a flagship restaurant focused on estate-grown wines and locally inspired cuisine—and Aurelia Hall, an elegant venue for weddings and private events.
  • Facility Enhancements: Refurbishing of the tasting room, construction of a juicing room, and the addition of immersive walking paths through cranberry fields, complete with heritage signage and curated guest experiences.
  • Operational Growth: Establishment of on-site staff accommodations and recruitment of key personnel in wine production, hospitality, and culinary operations.
  • Brand Expansion: Launch of targeted marketing campaigns, strategic collaborations with media and tourism partners, and a premium product line relaunch to elevate brand presence and consumer engagement.
