We are seeking an experienced leader in the wine and hospitality industry to redefine The Fort Wine Co.’s guest experience, marketing strategy, and long-term customer engagement. This role requires deep knowledge of wine culture, hospitality, and destination development to position The Fort Wine Co. as a premier wine experience in BC’s thriving wine scene.

Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Marketing & Brand Growth
- Develop and execute a marketing strategy that increases brand awareness, visitor traffic, and long-term customer engagement.
- Implement targeted digital marketing, PR campaigns, and influencer partnerships to attract high-value visitors.
- Position The Fort Wine Co. as a must-visit destination through strategic storytelling, brand collaborations, and media outreach.
2. Guest Experience & Retention
- Enhance on-site engagement by designing premium, high-value guest experiences that encourage longer stays
- Create compelling loyalty programs and exclusive memberships to drive repeat visits and brand advocacy.
- Introduce data-driven retention strategies to convert first-time visitors into long-term customers.
3. Conversion & Revenue Optimization
- Curate VIP tasting experiences, private bookings, and high-end event packages.
- Develop membership-based wine clubs, premium wine subscriptions, and exclusive access events.
- Establish new revenue channels through strategic B2B partnerships with luxury hospitality brands, restaurants, liquor stores, chefs, and event planners.
4. High-Impact Partnerships & Business Development
- Expand tourism and hospitality partnerships to attract premium clientele without ad spend.
- Build collaborations with hotels, tour operators, wedding planners, and corporate event organizers to increase bookings.
- Leverage Fort Langley’s historical and cultural appeal to craft compelling seasonal events and immersive experiences.
Compensation: Performance-Driven Growth Model
This role is structured to reward success and provide unlimited earnings potential:
- 5% commission on all gross revenue above the current baseline.
- 10% commission on event bookings
- Base retainer (if necessary)

The Growth Director will work directly with ownership to execute and refine The Fort Wine Co.'s long-term vision and business strategy.
